Great staff, clean too.

The carpet in the room was very old and peeling up off the floor. Pieces of the stairs were breaking off. We did not use any of the amenities. The overall structure was dilapidated. The manager was also not trustworthy. He lied multiple times about not charging me a fee; reassured me that he would take care of it, and never did. So many hotels are offering continental breakfast and this one does not. I would not recommend staying here.

Poor for the money deeds to be up dated

The hotel itself was okay, the room was clean, as was the main part of the hotel, and the location was great. Check in and check out was easy. The first issue I saw was there was no name on the outside of the hotel. The second was the pool was being fixed, and another guest who had stayed there before informed us that it had broken 2 years ago and was supposed to be fixed last year. Finally, the man behind the main desk (once you rang the bell for his service – each time) was helpful only in a basic way. He did not seem to have much authority and there was no manager on duty. I went down to the front desk for an issue of my own, and there was a woman already speaking with him. Only one room had been reserved for her instead of the two they confirmed, and he didn’t seem to know what to do at all – the hotel apparently had no letterhead on which to write an official letter, and she had to walk him through what she would need to fix her situation so she wouldn’t be overcharged as he, as the hotel, couldn’t do anything. My issue was that our toilet clogged. When I informed him, I was given a bucket and plunger to unclog it myself, with an admonishment to ‘bring it back’ when I was done. Earlier, I had seen him do the same to another person, who I thought was the maintenance person, but realized they were another hotel guest. Breakfast was okay, but the toaster was terrible and the waffle batter was runny. We got warmed bread instead of toast after a long wait and 3/4 of a waffle.

Very nice room for the price

Best hotel around for sports teams! This place is huge and close to everything! It’s clean and modern, compared to everything else near but this place will shock you!

Hotel and room were very clean. Staff was friendly. Easy check-in. Liked the Sheetz right next-door.

Very well maintained for the age of the property. It was clean. Breakfast was great. Absolutely pleased with the overall experience.
