I booked this hotel to rest from driving from Spring City to Pittsburgh at the end of the day. It fit all of our needs. The breakfast options were also all you could ask for in a hotel. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with some unique offerings and staff that took pride in their work. As we were on the first floor near the front desk, we kept hearing doors closing and voices. This would be the only negative of our stay.

I got a great price on this room and it was pretty clean in the actual room except for hair in the shower. The staff is extremely nice and the facility isn’t in too bad of shape. My only problem was an awful moldy mildew water smell in the halls and a sewer smell in my room. If the bad smells weren’t an issue, I could give this hotel 5 stars.

Price was good, staff was friendly, breakfast was served daily, good for a quick bite to be able to head out and start the day without wasting time at a restaurant. The only downside was that the elevator was out of service because it was being repaired. But otherwise I will definitely stay the next time I’m in Carlisle.

Decent place to stay. I'd stay there again. Only complaint was having to walk up and down three flights of stairs to get to and from the room every day. Elevator was broken. From the looks of the 'out of order' sign, it's been like that for awhile.

Spacious, clean although somewhat dated rooms with a better-than-average breakfast in the morning. Elevators were under repair, so I had to take the stairs. Overall good stay.

I booked a room with two queens that they didn't have and ended up in a room with one King. It was also on the third floor and the elevator was out of service so my father who has bad knees had to climb to the third floor using the stairs.

The hotel is located on a short side road just off Rte. 11; it sets far enough back so that road noise isn't an issue plus there's a light at the side road allowing easy access to Rte. 11. The lobby is inviting with complimentary fruit (apples) and cookies. The hotel itself is very clean; the staff are very polite and friendly. The room was large with a fridge and microwave nicely housed in a cabinet; there was a coffee pot on the desk for those so inclined. The beds are semi firm and very comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean. Breakfast is included with your stay. Cereals, breads, bagel, muffins, yogurt and fruit are available as well as warm items such as omelets, sausage, oatmeal and waffles. The warm items vary from day to day. Beverages include juices and coffee. There is a young lady that tends to the breakfast area, she is very attentive to your needs. Overall, a great place to stay at a very reasonable price that makes you feel like family!
