Great overall experience. Enjoyed the stay

Pros - Overall, the apartment was clean and modern. It is spacious with enough storage for our belongings. Convenient location and come with strong working A/C, great feature in summer; also having washer, dryer and functioning kitchen are good features. Cleaners come in everyday to help wash dishes, tidy up, etc. which was nice. Cons - Dryer was not functional and had to self fix. Shower tiles were grimy and moldy.

有方便超商，樓下公車站和火車站方便極了，讓我們在這想多待但因已無房，所以才只能待三天兩夜是個美好回憶

Great hotel. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and no issues with it. Only unique (& quaint) aspect was that the room keys are attached to a small brass bell that is relatively heavy. But you can leave it with the front desk while you leave for the day. The location is perfect too. Minutes to restaurants, train station, etc.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is in such a convenient spot accessible to a lot of public transportation! The breakfast buffet was extremely great! Also something that I would like to highlight “The staff was extremely nice and kind!” That is something I really appreciate as tourists!

Fabulous location, right at Interlaken West. Walking distance to Ost and Untersee, shops and restaurants, and transport connections to a myriad of destinations. Lovely, clean and modern hotel, very spacious room with balcony looking out across the river and great breakfast selection. Comfortable beds and great shower. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
