Bettws Cedewain Vacation Packages

We met the receptionist nisha she wasn’t very friendly or helpful. Then we were smacked with an unexpected bill of £48 parking for 2 nights that we were not aware about in the first place. We asked to speak with the manager about this but he/she couldn’t be bothered to show up when reception called. The room was fine but dated, the shower was 10/10. The sauna/steam/jacuzzi/swimming 10/10.

Helpful staff, good breakfast and clean rooms.

Great location for a city centre stay. Unfortunately check in staff were not aware of my pre booked requests, there was also confusion about the actual room booked. The hotel is spotless. The bar staff were friendly and accommodating. Tip for travellers, request a street facing room and not one over looking the railway line as the trains can be heard.

We just stayed over for the one night, perfect clean hotel, staff are so very helpful, would definitely recommend to anybody, we will be staying there again.

Lovely hotel, very old school. Beautiful orangey and the food was excellent. Comfortable rooms and really enjoyed our stay, didn’t know about the amphitheatre. Definitely go if you can, looks cool
