This is not really a hotel. It is not staffed. Its a remodeled apart building with five flights of stairs and no elevator. There's nothing here, it's desolate street alongside a freight train line. Stay somewhere else. And even though you are mislead by the pictures, and the description which makes it sound like a hotel, it's not. Stay somewhere, anywhere else. And don't expect Expedia to refund your money when you cut this stay mercifully short and go somewhere else.

Upon arrival to this charming château we experienced superb service starting from valet and than reception that were both exceptionally professional and pleasant. We stayed for two nights with two kids in suite with semi private pool and that was a great decision to pay extra for the private pool even though there is a general pool in this property. Room service for lunch was great and the breakfast was truly fantastic with amazing view, perfect service, plenty of high quality food, If we are back to this area that would definitely be our first choice.

This beautiful property is located on a hillside overlooking the local Provence countryside. It is a bit secluded, but that is why you booked here, right? The rooms are large and well appointed (we booked a deluxe room) and live up to the 5-star rating. The restaurant for dinner is highly recommended for an upscale culinary treat while staying at the hotel. We had an amazing prix-fixe meal that was the highlight of our stay. The breakfast buffet is sufficient for a hotel of this caliber, but they could do more to elevate the experience. While the pool is nice and in a great setting, the poolside catering is almost nonexistent. They should have serving staff do the rounds to take orders for guests lounging at the pool. The only disappointment of our stay was the gym facilities. You really cannot call this a gym or fitness room, as the room itself is glass-encased, making it too hot during the day to workout in. The big miss is that there are no dumbbells or any respectable fitness equipment to speak of. This is a huge oversight for guests who are planning for a multiday stay.

Beautiful and exceptional service

The hotel was incredible. The small town was so charming. The pool and restaurants overlooked a stunning view. The only downside was that they stopped serving breakfast prior to the stated end time.

A lot of mosquitos

We stayed 3 nights after our wedding and it was a dream! The staff couldn’t do enough for us from the moment we stepped through the door. Welcome refreshment and cold towel was a nice touch. We turned up a few hours before check in looking to stow our luggage but the room was ready so we were allowed to check in early which was amazing. Adrian gave us a quick run down of the old town plus a map and sorted a few things for us during our stay. He was simply brilliant. We had a junior suite on the 2nd floor that overlooked the square. When the windows were shut we couldn’t hear any noise. The room decor was stunning. We used the small balcony for a drink at the end of the night. The bar was amazing and made us some bramble cocktails even though they weren’t on the menu. We had dinner at the bistro one night, for the price point we did expect better service. Our wine wasn’t poured just put in an ice bucket and our glasses weren’t topped up at any point. General attention wasn’t great. Food was okay, more style than substance, pork was quite tough. Overall it’s one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at and definitely would stay again.
