Easy booking. Not too far from the city centre and attractions.

Great location to West End.Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food was well prepared. Staff was very accommodating.

This is a nice hotel but if you are restricted mobility wise there is no lift. Bearing in mind you will have luggage it won't be a good experience to carry cases 2 flights of stairs up and down. The staff were not always around to help me with my luggage. I booked a taxi to return to the train station, housekeeping were informed I needed help going down the 2 flights of stairs but, they did not arrive and I somehow in my 70s got my cases downstairs. Definitely a disadvantage having no lift to the rooms.

Very nice hotel and in a very central location close to pubs,restaurants ,shopping and transport. Only complaint was the heating/cooling system controls are very complicated and no instructions.
