Front desk staff excellent, especially Paul made my girls feel really welcome and took time to make them smile and feel involved . This was a great experience to go along with our trip to Kanata for a hockey tournament.

I enjoyesd my stay the only downside is that the room is not serviced the American way i stayed in room 208 it can get noisy the weekend from guest from the restaurant smoking outside the window all problems that inhad was handle right away or next business day
