I stay at this hotel as close, to visit family. Each time I ask for a quiet room, well ahead of time & each time this has failed me! Having been reassured that I would be given a quiet room, I was put next to the ice machine (when I rang reception, having discovered this, I was told it was not working). Behold, it was fixed the next day. On the other side of me was a very large family with many children, including a very young one of tantrum age. The rooms are not sound proof to a toddler's frequent rage & noisy children running up and down the hallway, playing games! I did tell reception the next day & was offered another room, but after a long flight & having ironed my clothes & got groceries in the fridge, I was too exhausted to pack everything up again & move it all. Sadly, the noisty family stayed my entire week & the ice machine was in continuous use, into the night! Also, the hob had burned on liquid which housekeeping sprayed with cleaner, but would not come off. She said it would have to be replaced likely. I let reception know that there is indeed hob cleaner for this purpose or simple baking soda & vinegar. Unfortunately the hob remained as was. I am amazed that housekeeping is not provided with hob cleaner, when each room has a hob! Also, despite my comments last visit, I still had to ask for oat milk each time for my coffee & wait for it to be brought out & put back in the kitchen again & still plastic cutlery in use!

Great family hotel

Been here few times over the years for business but this time for Family. I prefer the family suite when travelling with the kids. You get an amazing room badically outfitted lime a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment and all the amenities. I enjoy staying at Homewood and hotels like it when traveling with the kiddos!

Would recommend this hotel. Good location and the room was a great size with kitchenette. It was relatively quiet and we were even placed on the 2nd floor by the gym. Buffet breakfast had a good variety everyday.

Good hotel but not perfect. Parking should be more clearly labeled (you can park on the top level of the parking structure but not on the bottom level). Hairs that were not ours were in the bath tub when first entered the room. Sink countertop lip that goes over the sink basin was dirty. Not enough towels for our 6 guests (though front desk was quick with providing), missing pillow cases, housekeeping missed cleaning our room one day, and swimming pool facilities did not have soap (it ran out) within the shower. Positives of this hotel; friendly and helpful staff, building is in good shape, restaurants are nearby, and breakfast offered each morning had a decent variety.
