Nice clean hotel, and well maintained grounds, but a bit unimaginative with breakfast options. Not much beyond the fry-up options. Being an old building it was also a bit noisy with squeaky floorboards and creaky stairs.

The staff were exceptionally nice. The room was clean. Plenty 9f parking. Breakfast was good. But the evening meals were expensive and not as good as I would expect given how much they cost. We had our last meal there and as I'm a vegetarian, I'm limited anyway. They could not adjust I was told as the meals came ready made - so microwave food for £15 to £20. I ended up getting soup.

Nice hotel but needs some renovation within the rooms. The ironing board was so old it collapsed on me, and the new one I ordered from reception didnt have a protective cover on it. Not ok for an establishment of this rating.

Hotel was lovely clean and tidy throughout, our room was ok for the price paid. Hotel is in a good location close to Fort William only a 20 min drive away, Ideal for a base for Ben Nevis which was the reason for our stay. Staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast was very good, we eat both evenings in the bar & restaurant the food was very good nice home cooked food. I would recommend this hotel.
