Disappointed in cleanliness of room. There was a face wipe from a previous occupant lying on the carpet throughout our 3 night stay. Bathroom could also do with a freshen up. Room was very noisy with constant clanging of trams and bar opposite the room. On the plus side the location was excellent and the facade and entrance to the hotel was impressive.

This hotel is a short tram ride from central Amsterdam which means it's a little cheaper, but it's a great place to I'll stay for those looking for a more arty Dam experience. We loved being so close to the Food Hallen (literally just round the corner) - which is full of great food and drink. An easy option if you've had a long day of walking around the city centre.

The weather was snowy on my stay. The room was cold. AC is not sufficient to heat the room. We see that other rooms asked fot electrical heathers from the reception.
Other things was quite good.
The shuttle is every 35 min. And very strict about that.

I had a basic room which was spacious and had everything I needed. I personally think that calling it a basic room is wrong. TV, fridge and mini bar, really comfortable bed and a shower that I want installed at home ! Get the drift?
And the staff are totally brilliant!
