The hotel had a great atmosphere, excellent service, and convenient facilities. Everything was well organised, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We travelled as a family of four (with two littles) in August 2026, and stayed 3 nights at the House on Pink Street and all I can say is I wish we stayed longer. As a partner hotel to Corpo Santo Historical Hotel just down the street, I can’t say enough good things about either of these establishments. Communication leading up to and during our stay was top rate, responsive, and thoughtful. We stayed in the large top floor suite which exceeded our expectations and the photos. It was clean, large, well laid out, and anything that wasn’t immediately available (our steamer wasn’t working) was quickly and readily supplied. The hotel arranged our airport pickup, and was quick to provide suggestions, daily treats, and thoughtful care. As others have pointed out- a special shout out to Joana at reception who could not have been a better host. 5/5, top marks all around. Perfect for travelling as a family!

From the moment we arrived we were given what felt like a very warm and personal welcome to the hotel, within minutes we had been given a welcome drink and lots of useful information about Porto. Our room was lovely,lots of nice touches, Including a coffee machine and bathrobes. The staff were so helpful, so friendly, they seemed genuinely interested in making our stay lovely. The breakfast was Amazing and had so much choice, all high quality products and so fresh. We also had a beautiful Italian meal in the hotel restaurant one night. Our room was adjacent to the rooftop terrace so we had lots of opportunities to take in the wonderful views of Porto and I used the hotel pool and sun terrace a number of times. If you're looking for a high end, comfortable boutique hotel right next to the historic centre of Porto, THIS is the hotel to choose, I will be returning to Porto and WILL be staying in the Lenscape Coterie again without doubt, thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so memorable!

Wow! From check-in to check-out, this place was beyond our expectations. The décor was absolutely amazing, everything was impeccably kept, and you simply can’t beat the location—location, location, location! What a vibe! Every detail was thoughtfully done, and the entire experience went above and beyond what we expected. We even had to leave early, and the breakfast they thoughtfully prepared for us the night before to keep in the fridge was incredible! This place truly exceeded all of our expectations. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

My room was amazing and the staff made this an exceptional experience. Downside is parking which was in a separate garage and you needed 20 minutes to get your car. Would absolutely stay there again despite the parking.
