"Good facility, low price draws rowdy crowds"
I loved staying at the Red Roof Inn! The room was excellent and the service was some of the best I've ever had. Unfortunately, the low price drew several late night party-ers and the connecting rooms have no sound proofing. I was woken at 3am by loud music and laughter and had to move rooms. Luckily the staff was extremely accommodating. And even put the disturbers in a do not rent to list. However I do not recommend this hotel for families with babies or children. It would have been a nightmare in that case.

"Beautiful Room - Amazing People!"
Couldn't have asked for more. The staff were amazing. I interacted with 5 separate people during my stay and each had broad smiles, helpful attitudes, and, were simply delightful!

"Clean"
I was greeted at check in and singed in fairly quickly. The room was clean and quiet. My stay was for two nights so the first morning I went down for breakfast at 7am and the layout was nice but missing some key items. They offer a hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy). They only had the sausage and gravy. When the other guest asked if the rest would be coming out soon the lady had no clue what he was talking about. More specifically He asked about the biscuits and eggs. She told him that this is what they had pointing to the tray of gravy and sausage. I am not sure if she was new and didn't know or if they were really out. The lady's overall attitude was not the best and this is why I ranked them lower for that area. The rest of the staff seemed to be nice and professional though. Anyways, the next morning the full breakfast was served and it was pretty good for a continental breakfast. The hotel is decent and kept clean. There are some updates that need to be done and during my visit I did notice a stairwell that was "out of service". It appears they were doing some work in it. I took this as they care about their building and were working on its upkeep. I took only a point for it needing some updates but overall looking nice.

The hotel was very clean, staff was extremely friendly and very willing to assist when asked. Pool water temp was very cold for a indoor pool, swam in it three different times over our 4 night stay and it was never even close to warm. Breakfast was small and there wasn't a lot of room to sit and enjoy, I usually just took a small plate back to my room. Overall it's a really nice place to stay in the small town of paw paw, you get a lot of bang for your buck. I would definitely stay again.

"It was ok"
Staff was very friendly and its right off the freeway. It definitely wasnt the cleanest place but it worked for the night. Plus they allowed my 3 large dogs. Bed was comfy but pillows are flat. There were holes in 2 of our lg towels. I would stay there again if i had to but definitely not the best.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Allegan hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
