Staff was friendly, but the room was smelly and stuffy. We were woken up by a screaming intoxicated person at 3am, which I learned in the morning was arrested. The area is a commercial parking lot littered with trash and empty liquor bottles. Unfortunate experience, we checked out after one night instead of the original three night stay due to how uncomfortable we were with the room and area.

Needs some attention to handicapped needs

We booked an accessible room. Was disappointed that my husband was unable to shower as there was a tub/shower combo. The tub was extra high. He is unable to lift legs over rim. Also toilet too low, unable to lift himself up. Would also encourage more handicapped accessible parking. We did like the bed, size of room worked with wheel chair. Breakfast nice, too.

Cleanliness was good and the staff was very kind in allowing us to check-in a little early in order to change before heading to a wedding. The building just shows it's age a little and I felt like the price was a touch high.

Roy at the desk was great! Good room, you can tell they’re putting work into updates here and there. Definitely time for a little TLC, but clean and safe! Super close to most of the things we wanted to see, we liked the location a lot.

The property was nice and in a quiet area. Our room and end of the building did look like it had some water damage that honestly could've been fixed better, but we were only there for the night so it was fine. Everything was clean, the beds were ok, not the most comfortable but not the worst either. We would stay here again.

Needs major improvements. Hole in bathroom door and bottom of it in bad shape. Not very sound proof. Could hear people walking above us. Bed not comfortable and had a mattress pad that seemed waterproof and bunched up when you moved. Outlet on bed lamp did not work. Lamp shade broken. Breakfast was not very warm and had to ask for more eggs to be put out. Electronic key did not work. Light would not turn green and had to kick on the door to open it. Won’t return here for the price charged and what you get.

Hotel was in need of TLC. We arrived after 1am and our toilet was broken. We were moved to a new room that had torn curtain, a big patch for a hole in the wall that had not been painted, just patched. Bathroom smelled like mold, and the bedding was askew (the skirt)
