This is an exceptional property and certainly one of the finest five star hotels in the entire Provence. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was amazing; and the dinner in the restaurant should not be missed. The level of service and hospitality was fantastic

The property was charming, comfortable and very clean. The location was great for walking but terrible for driving. The valet service was inadequate and the directions were terrible. There were also some quirky things about our room, dark steps to the bathroom and the AC doesn’t go above 75 degrees no matter the setting you choose. Our room had a coffee station but no milk and only demitasse cups. Overall the staff was nice but inexperienced for a luxury hotel.

I have stayed at many luxury properties in over 70 countries and this could be one of the most beautiful!! The staff were AMAZING as was the property!!! Will definitely return!

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good. Location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the harbour and close to anything you would want to do in Cassis. Rooms are VERY small and facilities a little worn. Would stay again for the staff and location.
