The staff was exceptional. The food menu needs better selections. The property inside could use some upgrading.

Had a great stay at this property. Suite had 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, balcony, kitchen, living and eating area. Property was clean and well maintained, including pool, sauna and hot tub. Check in and check out were smooth, breakfast included each day, and was very good. Convenient location and parking also easy in the garage. Staff also very friendly and professional. Would stay again.

Nice modern hotel with friendly staff. Despite it being down a narrow road in the centre of town, the pool area feels very quiet and tranquil. It would be good if the self serve bar had more options.

Absolutely one of the best accommodations we’ve ever had! The hosts are incredibly welcoming and friendly! They’re helpful and have great recommendations for everything you could want to do on the island. First off, the hotel was beautiful and a piece of art in itself. The room was spotless! They provided towels for the shower and darker towels for the thermal pools. The breakfast was delicious and a great start to every day. We will absolutely be staying with them again on our next stay! Thank you again!

Our stay was amazing, the staff were super helpful. The kitchen was great, the stove had two burners and there was plenty of plates, pans, and cutlery for two people. The parking was a little bit of a hassle as there was not really any street parking but the staff directed us to where there was free parking.

Rooms were a bit outdated and blah not making for a great place to spend time. AC in room was hit or miss and closet light didn't close. Amenities in room were simple poor man choices. Food options were limited but local cuisine was way more expensive than local. Breakfast was so so and free so no complaint. The indoor pool, sauna were ok but consistently overbooked. Surprised no room service just water cookies at lobby. Overall the view and convenience to must see places give it light pass coupled with the AWESOME STAFF. THIS TEAM WAS THE SAVING GRACE, I would not relate this to a5 star hotel.
