The room was clean, the staff were attentive and the snacks in the room were complimentary! A wonderful place to spend the evening before our bus back to Edinburgh. A short walk from everything!

Hotel room was modern and clean can’t fault, breakfast on the other hand was not so good , £12 for a fry up….pricey and not good, the fried egg was burnt the potato scone was like rubber and the haggis was all mush, came on a rectangle plate not round or square, not fit for purpose, whoever the cook is needs to learn how to fry an egg. I would stay at the hotel again and go for breakfast somewhere else.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel has a wonderful location at the top of Loch Linnhe with huge views to the west. Our room was comfortable with a good bed. The hotel food was excellent both for breakfast and for dinner. Quite inexpensive too. The staff are very welcoming and eager to help. I would stay there again.

Staff were very nice, stored our luggage, and let us stay to wait for our friends to pick us up. The room was fine except we found the bathroom unclean. We had to ask staff to clean it which they did. The shower was confusing to use. I would recommend to give guests instructions on what to turn on to use the shower. We also didn’t get a floor mat to dry our feet after showering. I feel bad cause they seem understaffed since we had to wait for at least 5 minutes before we can speak to reception. Overall, great location and service. Just need better cleaning, instructions to the shower, and maintenance.

A very enjoyable & relaxing stay. Could have been more vegetarian dining options. Extra cost of £35 per dog per night is very steep!!

Our stay in Nairn was exceptional. The accommodation was excellent, with comfortable, high-quality rooms and a delicious full Scottish breakfast each morning. The hosts were incredibly warm, friendly, courteous, and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Scotland. Five stars simply don’t seem enough to reflect the experience we had. The genuine hospitality, outstanding service, and attention to detail were beyond anything we have experienced, even at many luxury five-star hotels.
