I've been staying at this hotel for many years and the service keeps getting better and better. Everyone there, from the maid to the manager, goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and make sure that all of your needs are being met.
Additionally, the hotel has a great location ...great views and walking distance to many restaurants.

Hotel Staff was very polite. Facilities are old, but clean. Descent if you are not planning to stay all day inside your room. The food (buffet) was good with many options to choose from. Good hotel if traveling with family. Maybe not a good option if you are looking for a quiet place to stay.
Hotel was very crowed at the time of my visit and therefore waiting time to use the elevator was long. Beach chairs are placed very close from each other.

Lovely room, unfortunately no balcony rooms available, but windows opened so did not have to use AC as beautiful breeze from ocean. Within walking distance of everything. Really best hotel we have stayed in. Dining room outside, just lovely, food very good. Staff extremely pleasant and cheerful.
Overall great visit before moving into condo.

For someone not planning on spending much time at your hotel, this is a pretty decent hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. I only complaint was that the chickens next door would wake me up at 3:30 AM when they started to crow. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay there for a week.

Very nice experience. I rated it 4 stars because of 3 issues: 1) To access the beach you must go down two (maybe 3) flights of stairs, so it is not customer friendly to senior citizens and the disabled, as you must go back up...installing a special lift for these type of persons would be nice. 2) The beach was clean but the ocean was not. I saw, floating, a plastic bag, a half lemmon, a plastic fork, a condom among other things... 3) Although not the hotel's fault, you can hear noise from the street; accross the street there is a bar with blasting speakers and the music goes on most of the night. I was on the eight floor and could still hear it! Fortunately I had ear plugs with me. Everything else excellent

The Golden Zone, (Zona Dorada), is Acapulco’s chief resort and party area. Here, high-rise towers provide panoramic views of the c-shaped Acapulco Bay. A stroll along La Costera (Alemán Boulevard) reveals an adult playground of bars and nightclubs. Condesa Beach reigns supreme as the trendiest hangout for singles. CICI water park is a popular attraction, as is the Convention Center.
