The hotel is clean, personel is super helpful. It has access to the beach, taxi service and local transportation available at main entrance. There is a mall accross the street with a starbucks, movie theater, oxxo. Will definately book here again.

Club 89 is not a thing anymore. Do not spend the extra $$ for the experience. Restaurants closed on days for dinner when they are supposed to be open (frustrating for the all inclusive package). Wish these details were included on the website so we could plan our stay better. Had no idea what the all inclusive package included until arrival.

exelente la instalaciones y servicio... lo unico malo (por que el lugar asi lo amerita) llevaban el pan en bolsita de paltico , lo comentamos y lo mandaron despues en canasta y commo cambia la presentacion!! digno del lugar!!
