The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils and a working washer and dryer. The decor was beautiful. The location was the plus with it being within walking distance of Mandela Square, Sandton station and Sandton City Mall. Sherry took care of us and kept the apt clean. We had a view of the park across the street which has a great restaurant...Truffle on the Park

So wonderful! Peaceful! Such beautiful surrounding gardens, gorgeous pool! I loved everyone of staff. Their restaurant has the BEST chefs! We stepped out of our spacious, modern, beautifully decorated room after a free shuttle ride whose driver met us inside the airport! A comfortable 15 minute ride from the airport! After unpacking and stepping out of our room seeing the romantically lit pool we see an open fire in the fireplace outdoors. Had a pre dinner cocktail then stepped into the small patio candle-lit restaurant for the best five course dinner I can remember! Then a comfortable nights sleep and of course an included chef prepared hot breakfast by the pool, under the palm trees. They even let us stay until 7:30 for our 10 pm US bound flight! Astounding! We will for sure come back! You would be crazy NOT to stay here! It seemed so convenient to the airport and yet in a serene beautiful rural like setting!

Disgusting rooms got moved to another room due to how bad the first room was , 2nd one was just as bad, had to get our own cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and room. Staff stand screaming at each other in the hallways with no regard to any of the people in the rooms, buffet breakfast was cold with some of the items visibly there for a long period of time I Wouldn't serve it to my dog . Had a extractor fan in the bathroom that would not switch off and was making a massive noise to which the maintenence teams solution was sticking toilet paper in it and telling us thats all he can do

The food was excellent, numerous choices, great value. The staff were especially charming and helpful. The proximity to the airport made the choice perfect

Great place to stay. Safe and secure. Lovely lake to walk around and observe wildlife. Large well appointed rooms with well appointed bathrooms. Friendly staff. Personalised service. My go to hotel when I travel to RSA.
