We had a very nice stay. Very nice staff and the breakfast was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The pool/spa area was very nice, but my only negative was that the class for kids was too loud. I was very worried a child would get hurt running on the wet float the teacher had out. I think times when there is a class for small kids should be posted in the rooms so that guests can plan to go to the pool area when it is quieter. :)

Delightful staff. Beautiful location and grounds. Comfortable room and amenities. Delicious food and restaurant.

Hasn’t been painted in years, walls are filthy, towels frayed, the man checking me in got mad at me because I couldn’t hear him because of the jack hammering in the next room. Balcony faces parking and garbage. No heat and it was 42 degrees outside. Great location, great great city but just a crappy place to stay.
