"I would credit the staff "
The hotel was a pricey one for us. But once we received all the help from the staff we would say it was worth it and rate it to be an excellent hotel. The staff, particularly Karal (I may be spelling it wrong) the young man at the Reception was extremely pleasing and helpful. We reached early in the morning and could check in only later in the afternoon. Karal made us feel comfortable by taking care of our luggage, offering us coffee and giving us detailed directions for the places we wanted to visit. Extremely pleasant behavior! I would recommend Puro Hotel in Krakow to all my friends and to anyone visiting Krakow. Please convey our thanks to Karal in particular and to the rest of the staff.

Venetian House Courtyard Apartments

"Very comfortable and conveniently situated"
Just spent 4 days in the apartments with my family. Although the communal areas looked their age, our studios had obviously recently been refurbished and were in excellent condition. Clean, bright, functional and with everything you needed to make your stay pleasant. A large and comfortable bed; the kitchen area had a new refrigerator, halogen hob and was was well appointed with pans, cups glasses etc. They even supplied washing-up liquid and washer. The shower room had plenty of space, was clean with new tiles and the shower was roomy, powerful with always plenty of hot water. When a bulb went out in the shower room the staff fixed it straight away. The reception staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English. Our room "overlooked" the courtyard - not that there is a courtyard really, so was very quiet. The location couldn't be better - right on the main square, so when you come out of the hotel you are right where the action is with restaurants, shops, market stalls and attractions all on your doorstep. The Courtyard Apartments don't have an elevator so anyone having difficulties with stairs might have problems, but for me the exercise of walking up and down 3 floors several times a day helped offset the benefits of the excellent food in Krakow. (The hotel does have an elevator, but I assume for the other apartments). I would certainly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back again.

"Excellent Hotel."
Even after having considered the very postive reviews on Expedia this hotel manage to far exceed our expectations. We used it as a base for a four night sight seeing trip in October. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we had encountered anywhere, our room and bathroom were spotless and the staff were exceptionally polite, helpful and could not have been more accommodating. The hotel restaurant which we used on our third evening was excellent. We appreciated the daily news bulletin too.

"Very special boutique hotel - couldn't fault it. "
Last 2 trips away we have stayed in a boutique hotel & this certainly did not disappoint. We were on the second floor but we did not spend a long time actually in the room and it had everything that was needed for a perfect stay. Any problems (minor ones) were dealt with efficiently and promptly and nothing was too much bother from booking restaurants to organising taxis. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the main square but ,as we enjoy walking, it really didn't bother us. Taxis are so reasonably priced that when it was pouring, we took a taxi. The hotel is immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was lovely with probably the best scrambled eggs I have add & cooked to order. Had a quiet drink in the reception/ bar area on a few nights and again attention to detail with chocolates and nuts to accompany the drink & not expensive. Also provided fresh milk to have with the coffee in the room in a little jug.

"Hotel Santi - a lovely Polish hotel "
We were a group of 6 ladies in Krakow for a weekend. Hotel Santi was perfect, just a couple of minutes' walk from the main square and the many shops, bars and restaurants. The buffet breakfast was very attractively presented and omelettes were available and cooked to order. The staff were charming and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean, we had 3 twin rooms and they all had an extra sofabed and one even had a cloakroom/loo as well as a bathroom.

Q Hotel Kraków

Radzikowskiego 142, Krakow - Map
What a wonderful experience 7 days in beautiful Krakow!. I have travelled to many countries, but Krakow, is perhaps the most cultural, colourful and interesting country I have visited. I purposefully chose the Q Hotel slightly out of the centre, simply because I wanted to test myself on local travel, i.e. get the no. 173/130 buses from the Hotel - Zloty 3.80. The Hotel was excellent in every department, staff were professional and friendly, food in the restaurant simply scrumptious. Would certainly return. Krakow itself has so much to offer from Palaces, Vistula river, Congress Hall, Wawel Castle, and many, many more places of interest. Krakow itself is inexpensive, much less than the U.K. but the airport (duty free) is three times more than U.K. duty free. Chopin Concerts a real delight, and the four piece orchestra at the Adalbert church (oldest and smallest in Krakow) very moving. Not to be missed. Thanks Expedia for a wonderful holiday.

Krakow is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Krakow, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Krakow hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
