Multiple times no front desk staff available, Internet service EXTREMELY poor, which is unacceptable given the price of the room. Also main restaurant closed and “free breakfast “ which was pre paid came from the bar. Room also looks much better on the website than in person. Not fully clean, hairs on bathroom floor from last person. On the plus side bar staff was very nice . Outdoor pool appeared clean.

Great location and hotel was very clean

Upon entering my room it was very spacious and clean. The o e curtain had a few small holes in it, my toulet had toilet paper in it but not a big deal. The hallway rugs were quite stained and the railing on the balcony looked old as in needs repainting. Everything was so easily accessible and the staff were great and helpful when I asked questions. Everyone was very nice. I went to the poolside bar one day for a late lunch and the bartenders did not pay attention to the customers at all, I could have walked away without paying without them noticing but im not that kind of person. They were always on their phones, they took a very long time to ask customers if they wanted another drink, they never asked if I wanted food, I had to say.. if like to order food if thats OK. Other than that I had a wonderful stay and would stay again! I expected prices to be high especially since I went 4th of july weekend. Either way, id stay again! I had a great time and enjoyed the spacious room and balcony and ease of going to the beach and boardwalk.

One of the guy name John gave me acttitude when i asked him if I could get some ice from the hotel and he sent me to go buy at the liquor store this is the only issues we have other then that girls cleaning excellent front desk so friendly I love it I

Nothing dazzling, but just what is needed for a simple beach holiday. Clean room and bathroom, convenient parking and barely a minute walk from the beach and the top end (20th street) of the boardwalk.

The rooms were not clean, and very old. Floors were covered in sand , and there were holes in the walls, and door handles coming off. The worst part was NO HOT WATER. We could not take a shower for 2 days , and when telling the front desk, they gave us attitude. Terrible customer service
