Concierge was not helpful. I asked for tailoring service as my trench coat ripped coming out of the Uber. Instead, I was told to talk to the bell hop? WiFi doesn’t work and was moved around to 3 rooms and still doesn’t work.

Clean, great staff, strong WiFi. Awesome. I particularly liked that there are laundry facilities. Super helps when you weren’t expecting to spend the night in salt lake.

We booked standard king. Got an accessible king. They moved us to a standard king. No glasses (not even plastic) in the room. No coffee, microwave or ice bucket. Small fridge (no freezer section). Had to get cardboard coffee cups from lobby. Was not impressed with Tru by Hilton.
