The online pictures are clearly outdated. The lobby was run-down, dirty, and smelled terrible. While checking in, we overheard staff discussing a homeless man who had gotten into room 121 and refused to leave. Our room was disgusting. The curtains were ripped, the carpet was covered in dark stains, and the entire room smelled strongly of urine. We immediately refused to stay and requested a refund. After initially arguing with me and offering to find a “clean” room, the clerk contacted the general manager. I later received an email confirming that I would be refunded. I am still waiting for the refund. The condition of this hotel was unacceptable and completely different from what is advertised online. I would not recommend staying here.

Excellent house and well stocked for any large groups! Lots of room to spread out and groups to gather.

Very outdated. Paper parking pass. Old roll up curtains, outdated and scratched up shower/tub, no fridge, old phones...just old. It felt like a time warp to 2001. Coffee maker on tray in front of tv.

We stayed here for our daughters volleyball tournament. It was clean and plenty of room for us. Plus side it was in walking distance to the convention center. Daniel was great and responded quickly when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that.
