My room was still being cleaned when I arrived and it was 2 hours past check in time. They sent me into a room with the maid still in it. My room also smelled very strong of pee the whole time, but I didn’t complain because they didn’t have any open rooms and check in was already such a hassle. It was loud all night. Overall, terrible experience.

It was so hard to find it inside an area with normal apartments and from the street you only see another hotel as the fron is looking the other way. The room was ok pillows and mattresses great. There is no breakfast, no ice unless you remember

When I got here no one was at the front desk. There was a sign stating that the “person” was helping a customer. I took my dog for a 30min walk and returned to check-in … still no one at front desk. I tried calling from the lobby as directed on sign … NA… waited another 15 min and decided to call 800 # who ever answered said “ I’ll be right down. When she arrived she was , short with me… I am not staying here again

This property was excellent! I’ve stayed in hotels in the area for a similar price and was horribly disappointed. I absolutely loved it here. Everything was clean and quiet and fairly new. We had a room with one queen bed and a recliner chair. It also had a desk so there were plenty of places to sit. There was a kitchenette and a decent sized fridge/freezer combo. The only recommendation I would have for the property is to put dishes/silverware/cooking equipment in the room.

AWFUL -- WANT A REFUND

The fan in the bathroom did not work. the water from the bathroom tap smelled bad, they did not offer turn down service or room cleaning. They had no paper plates or plastic utensils, the blackout shade did not block out the large streetlamp right outside my window, no continental breakfast on Sunday morning,
