We very much liked how the room had a full kitchen, the tv was not good. Every5 mins the tv black screen and day loading. We had to deal with that so night. Not cool

I'm confused. No, maybe the property is confused. They provide a nice kitchen with a full fridge, range, and microwave. However, there isn't a single plate, bowl, spoon, glass, pot, pan, at all. If you go down to the "market" area, they will sell you all these items. But don't appear to have any for your use. You can't even rent them. They do provide a small bottle of dishwashing liquid. But why? Other than that. It's a standard, no frills hotel stay.

Not great, not the worst

Not great, but not the worst I guess. Longest check in process with only one employee and one that appeared to be training. Not the cleanest rooms, towels were stained, smell like cigarette smoke terribly. Great location for concerts, but probably wouldn’t stay again.

The guy at the counter was very unprofessional. Wearing street clothes and on his cell phone. Checked us into a one queen bed when it was supposed to be 2 queens. Refused to let me pay with a different card than i reserved the room with although thats what we always do. Probably won't stay there again.

We booked this hotel because it has a kitchen and was near the Maverick Center. The kitchen has zero supplies. No cups, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, nothing. However, they offer all these for purchase in the lobby (not cheap.) The room was clean but wasn’t fresh smelling. Overall it’s meh experience.
