We love the hotel itself, very clean and convenient, a min walk to the shopping mall.. I love it💖 Except, the service is quiet disappointing, I booked 3 adults but the slippers and coffee cups ready in the hotel only 2, also some toiletries like toothpaste toothbrush will be given upon request w/c is I did not expect given that it’s a 5 star hotel everything should be ready inside the room…

Nice Clean Modern facility, but room is a bit small. Additionally, the parking is quite far and it’s 20 dollar for overnight, which is unexpected. We had a late flight and would be nicer to have the sofa bed pre-made as I noted in my notice. What confused me a lot was the breakfast price shared on the app said 10 for kid and 25 for adult. I went there and saw the bill was 10 dollar more than it was listed(see photo), I would go to somewhere else if I saw the correct price, a bit frustrating.
