Very solid breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, fruits, and toast). Locatioj is relatively close to dinner spots and cottonwood ski resorts.

I expected more, based on the ratings, but it was ok. The free breakfast was underwhelming. And it sure appeared like people live in the hotel, though I never asked any staff if that was the case or not. Overall, it was ok.

The room was nice as usual (we have stayed here several times before). Since we are a return customer, they let us stay later which was nice. I just wish they had waffles or something like that for breakfast. It is nice to have a hot breakfast are real dishes though.

We arrived and walked up to the reception area. I didn't see or hear anyone behind the desk so I looked around a little bit. When I happened to look in one direction, I saw a white phone sticking out from behind the computer monitor that the receptionist was holding up to her ear sideways, then I looked around the monitor to discover someone was actually sitting there. No greeting, nothing. I wasn't impressed with that. She was more of a robotic type of person, just get it done and get on with it. No directions to our room so we were left on our own to find the elevators. The room was ok. It was comfortable and the bed was good. Everything that we used did work. I have stayed at other Crystal Inns that were much nicer and the people were more friendly. We went down for coffee right around 6:00 am, they were still getting the tables set up for breakfast, there were no lights on in the dining area, made it a little hard to see to get your coffee. I don't think I would stay there again. The morning desk clerk was more like a human when we checked out.
