Best place I’ve ever stayed in in Kraków! Amazing location in a renovated historical building. The staff were very kind, the rooms were beautiful and very clean, the price was great, and breakfast was very good as well. I will almost certainly come back and would absolutely recommend it!

We chose this apartment for our recent stay in Krakow. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of by the staff. We were greeted with wine and chocolate in the room, breakfast each morning was amazing, and on the last day they even packed breakfast to go for our flight. The apartment was gorgeous and the perfect respite after long sightseeing days. On our final night, we ate in the restaurant and quite possible it was the best meal I've had in years. From the caviar to the deer filet and dessert, every bite was exquisite. A huge thank you to Viktor and Olivia for taking such good care of us. We can't wait to return!

Fantastic stay right in the heart of Krakow!! Loved the hotel, staff was extremely helpful and friendly and you can’t beat the location.

Stay was amazing! Steps away from old town square. Many sites within walking distance, St. Mary’s Church, clock tower, Rynek Underground Museum, Cloth Hall, Wawel Castle and church. Staff was very welcoming offering water or champagne while checking in at the front desk. Bed was very comfortable. Nice size bathroom, larger than most places we have stayed. We would definitely stay here again.

Was great but the room we got did not match the description or online photos. The photos online show different rooms (could be confused for one room) none of which matched the one we got. The room we got was not as luxurious as shown in the pictures and was very expensive for what it is.

Exceptional staff, very kind and accommodating. Close proximity to everything within walking distance. Great amenities and stylish clean rooms. Highly recommend.

Excellent breakfast

It’s was an excellent stay. The only problem occurred was the Porter on arrival said we were at the wrong location and they had no rooms and told us to leave. We then had to call hotels.com and make him speak to them direct on the phone. Then he gave us our key to the apartment. The location is excellent, the breakfast was good and on time too delivered to the door. The apartment was big and had everything we needed. Would recommend this place and would stay again. They need to work on the Porter’s customer care vales.
