Great area to stay in. Mount Pleasant is a 10 min to Daniels Island (tennis tournament), 15 to ocean and 10 min to Charleston. It was a 10 min drive to Shem Creek, love the restaurants in that area. We paid about 600.00 per night for the "city view" and our view was the back of the property, complete with 5 open dumpsters and a parking garage. Otherwise, the stay was really nice and the location is great.

The Beach Club at Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina
Beautiful hotel with great staff! The pools were great (close at 9 pm. I wish they stayed open later). The hotel bar was closed for different private events each of the 3 nights we stayed which was disappointing. Overall, it was a great hotel, great location, friendly staff, and great amenities.
