The young lady who checked us in was super friendly and extremely accommodating. She was able to find us a room for early check in with an upgrade! It’s unfortunate that we didn’t get to make note of her name, we’re extremely thankful! The complementary breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from. Pancakes were to die for, so delicious! The complementary dinner with alcoholic drinks was an excellent addition to our whole experience that we really didn’t know was included until the staff mentioned it to us at check in. There is a restaurant and bar on the premises. Which is very convenient for days when you don’t feel like venturing out too far. The surrounding areas to the hotel has plentiful dining and entertainment options for the whole family. The hotel is close to major roadways and the interstate, making everything easily accessible. Undeniably one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a while. For a three star hotel, it easily competes with higher rated hotels. We’ll definitely be back!

Our room was spotless. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed in the room, shampoo, body wash, microwave, refrigerator etc. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was great with lots of options. Home made pancakes and fresh scrambled eggs. The happy our every night was a great option. The food was ok. The 3 free drinks were a nice touch but the drinks were fair. Lots of people ordered the drinks but most got thrown out. I personally think 2 drink tickets would be enough. The staf was very friendly and helpful. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Downtown Charleston was about 15 minutes away and there was plenty of parking garages. It cost us $5.00 after 3pm on a Friday and $6 for the day on Saturday. This was in February. I’m not sure if the rates are that cheap in the summer
