We booked last minute and were able to check in early. My daughter was unwell, the staff were so accomodating and helpful. The bathroom/room layout was spacious and immaculate. The hotel rooms foyer was quiet. We would stay again and highly recommend.

Very special well maintained hotel with an exceptional view of the lake. A redeveloped house with additional cabins and animals on the property. Gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 because dinner is incredibly expensive and there was no way to walk around the lake and do some exploration

Best stay at Rydges Rotorua! Highly recommend for anyone travelling with kids, pool was lovely, great games room, and to top it off kids under 12 eat free at the buffet - which was the best buffet I have ever been to! Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay with comfortable furnishings in a convenient location.
Charming little spot in a quiet neighborhood. Especially loved that it was down the street from an excellent restaurant, Urbano Bistro, for easy lunch or dinner.
