University of Colorado-Colorado Springs hotels in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Pleased with type number of railings on the tub in the handicap room. Although not wheelchair accessible, the numerous bars made access for elderly stiff bodies possible.

We spend 3 days on colorado spring and the hotel have a very good location to visit the Pike Peak and Garden of the God ,Restaurants and Shopping .

The staff was nice curtious, and all right.The room was clean but could've been cleaner. The $ 25.00 per pet per night is a bit high.I feel a charge of $10.00 would be better.

There was a slight mixup in with our reservation but they fixed it quickly. We were on the 4th of 4 floors. There is an elevator, although ungodly slow. One would think a fourth floor view in Colo Springs would be great however this one is soso at best. The room itself was again just ok, The sliding window was extremely loose and would rattle back and forth in its track with according to the winds. There were other odd and disturbing noises throughout our stay. Coffee that is available at the complimentary breakfast was extremely weak and not hot enough. The location itself convenient and yet not. It is a little inconvenient to get to but not as bad when you learn the area.There are multiple eateries and c stores in the area. Not saying it is a good or bad thing but there is a very strong odor of Indian food that is inescapable even on the fourth floor, can't detect it in room but in common areas it can't be ignored.

Everything was perfect, the breakfast was great. Clean spacious rooms.

Had a very late check in, but the hotel staff make sure our keys were waiting in a very secure place. Very charming hotel and very clean.

Staff was friendly and helpful, especially helping us find a near-by movie theatre. Room was wonderful, comfy beds and plenty of space.

Staff addresses your needs right away, they are courteous and helpful. The restaurant's food is good and prices are fair. There is also a Starbucks inside the hotel

The hotel staff was very nice and the place was clean. As soon as we turned the light on in the bathroom, it went out. Maintenance had it fixed within 10 minutes, so great job there. Later that night, we couldn't get the TV in the bedroom to turn on, nor could the manager on duty. A bummer, but they did give us a small credit for the inconvenience. The bed was a little soft and the walls are pretty thin. But the staff was great.

Check in was easy, staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. I really couldn't ask for more for the price. The "grab n go" breakfast was just granola bars, muffins and coffees, but the coffee was hot and it was nice to have available. I would stay here again.
