The staff were efficient, very friendly and very helpful. The room and ensuite were quite small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was okay but not high pressured. Unfortunately there was no kettle and no tea and coffee supplies in the room. Sadly missed. Also there were no information leaflets in the room eg. meal times, menus, facilities available etc.

The breakfast was amazing ,varied food for all tastes . The young lady on reception the evening we checked in was lovely ,very helpful.

Hotel good. Liked the laundry facilities. Gym didn’t have weights and location of the hotel not the best.

The personnel at the front desk namely Claire Nikola and Amanda were polite very helpful which facilitated an efficient check in and check out . They made recommendations for places of interest & restaurants in Bordeaux and transportation The personnel in the restaurant in the bar and restaurant were efficient and polite The hotel is well located and linked to the transport network.We would not hesitate to stay at the hotel when visiting Bordeaux Richard and Bernice

Pool was exquisite on 110 degree days!!! Great staff. A bit out of tourist area but worth it for the walk. Great breakfast too

The hotel is close to trams so easy to get into town , the staff are very friendly and you can park securely in Q parking just over the road, nice place easy to find.

Great location Beautiful hotel

Even though I only stayed one night, the experience was amazing. Meticulous attention to detail, making my stay a very memorable one. The food is incredible, whether you choose to dine A La Carte or try one of their very well put together Degustacion menus. Great selection of wine and they take great deal of pride in presenting the local Bordeaux region, its wines and local delicacies. Highly recommended.
