Oh my, the pool and the management of the pool. They were kind. And so helpful, plus the individual who oversees the pool. Very knowledgeable and professional.

The TV system is poor there is no TV guide just a channel guide. Also my safe did not work. They asked on-line after day 1 if there were any issues, I mentioned the above and then no response, so why ask? There breakfast buffet was good day 1 but the last two days both protein options were pork only.

Check in was good. The room when we arrived was very humid with even the carpet feeling damp and we were a late arrival of 10 pm. So if this can be checked in the afternoons it would be helpful.

Very clean and tidy.

The hotel was really nice and cozy. The only thing that we didn't like about it was the window didn't have blind or covering that you could pull down, so everyone could see inside your hotel room.

Really loved how accommodating the property and staff were, we were passing through for a shooting competition so didn’t get to fully enjoy all the amenities but the staff went out of their way to provide us with an excellent experience regardless. Also really loved the intentionality with the restaurant. The kids menu was not just some cheap chicken nuggets it was well thought and just as luxurious as the adult’s meal. We will absolutely be returning and planning to spend more time enjoying the village.
