Room was clean had everything we needed and AC works well which is a necessity in this heat. Great access to the beach and pier. Will stay again.

This place was terrible. The pullout mattress wasn't fit for my dog. They say it sleeps four but the mattress was not only terrible they didn't provide an extra blanket. We arrived about 30mins before the office was supposed to close coming to find out no one operates the office and the phone number didnt work. They didnt proved us a room number or door code to get in. Thank goodness for expedia, It took almost an hr to get my details so we could get in. It was supposed to be a full kitchen but ended up with a small fridge and a 2 eye station. The floors were wet & sticky. There were cigarette butts left behind the couch, it smelled bad and there was animals stains all over the carpet. The bedroom is from 1985 and sleeps like complete crap. The blanket hasn't been washed in forever. Just a poor poor stay. To top it of it was almost $500 for 2 nights, not worth it at all.

This was the cutest BNB from the delicious breakfast cooked each morning, to coffee available each day, the landscape, decor and sweetest hospitality! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Cute remodeled hotel with great parking right next to the Boardwalk. Nice cold A/C, comfortable bed. Very clean room and bathroom. Small but cozy for a couple. We made a quick three day trip for July 4th weekend. Convenient to the beach, restaurants, shops and day trip to Wilmington. We will stay here again!

Hotel staff and room were wonderfully clean. The pool was small but it was open so that was a plus. All in all a great experience

Our trip was 7/5-7/8 and morning of 7/6 and 7/7 hammering above us started early morning and continued all DAY LONG till late afternoon. Someone came around mid day 7/7 from hotel due to complaints. Nothing was done about it. I called office that afternoon and was supposed to receive a call back. Never received one. Later went to front office and they said they were doing demolition above and had contacted the owner. Nothing was done to stop it other than offered a room change at 4:40pm when construction ended and we were leaving in the morning. There were too many rooms complaining to move everyone. Construction should not be allowed the busiest days of the year. Staff that was looking into it needs to be more helpful in resolving the issue when looking into the situation. We went out in the thunderstorm and risked ourselves due to severe headaches due to the continuous banging all day long. Needless to say those were our only 2 full days of vacation for the year. Manager was contacted and resolution was what I put above. I requested a phone call from higher up about how this was not resolved when complaints came in all day long. I was told a detailed note was put in system for them and never heard from supervisor. Great hotel but better higher ups need to be put in place and solve issues when they arise better!!!
