St. Pauls Vacation Packages

This was a literal last minute booking on Friday night of the Labor Day weekend holiday. We had booked/paid for a place in South Myrtle, but drove in and drove away quickly (yikes). Found this little gem and took a chance. The atmosphere was wonderful, everything was so clean, and the staff we encountered very helpful/pleasant. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars across the board is there was no availability for breakfast on premises. The only morning offering was coffee. For $320/night I feel there should be options. Otherwise, it was great!

★★☆☆☆ Not the relaxing vacation experience I expected I was very disappointed with my stay. For a vacation resort, I expected a much more relaxing and comfortable experience. There is no regular housekeeping during your stay. If you want your room cleaned, you have to pay an additional fee. They will replace the towels, but you have to call to have your trash picked up. The room was also very noisy. We could hear noise from the hallways and elevators, and the bed made noise and would hit the wall, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. When I go on vacation, I want to relax and enjoy myself without having to worry about cleaning the room or calling someone just to have the trash removed. In my personal experience, this did not feel like a hotel or resort where I could truly relax and enjoy my vacation. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay and I would not choose to stay here again.

This is not the room I paid for and I respectfully request a refund. Our unit was completely outdated, barely had any water pressure, no living/seating dining area, and 2 very run down beds with a miniature tv. No kitchen. The pictures showed a full bath, king bed, and couch with seating area, not to mention an ocean view with balcony. Our unit did not even have a balcony. This is wrong on so many levels to take someone’s money like this and I will be requesting a chargeback from credit company as well as continuing to review if not corrected. Please make this situation right.

We had to walk 3 flights of steps to get to the hotel room. Very outdated, the pool was terrible! You could smell the chlorine from well off. The staff was decent, and was pet friendly which was the only reason we stayed their. Overall it was a good trip but it wasn't worth what out family was charged. Hotel pads up the pictures too make you believe its nicer than what it truly is.

It was a pleasant stay.
