On top of everything Fairmont offers, this venue has very well maintained spacious rooms. They are clean and smell like summer mornings. Friendly staff always ready to help. My family enjoyed every minute of the stay. Will definitely visit again

Always a great choice to stay at the Ottawa Sheraton. Close to everything.

First, there internet which is supposed to high speed is at dial up speeds. Second, they charge a resort fee. This is an urban hotel with no amenities (not even good WiFi)

We love the Metcalfe and choose to stay here as a treat even though we are local. The beds are super comfy, the bathroom is spacious and clean with good products. The restaurant is good (although very busy so do consider a reservation for breakfast even if a guest). The only thing is that the room we were assigned (for the second consecutive stay) is a bit loud as it is right beside the housekeeping cart which is kept outside the room almost all the time. Beyond that, a great hotel and a relaxing staycation - this time around for a show at the NAC which is right around the corner.
