The pub itself is a lovely spot to unwind with a drink or two. The food was also good. The room was comfortable but did feature a very small shower. I would not recommend larger people to stay here. Otherwise it was perfect for our stop over in Lyme Regis.

A friendly and supportive receptionist greeted me. The room was bright, fresh and clean. A good night's sleep was had in a comfortable bed followed by a powerful hot shower in the morning.

Bear Inn, Somerset by Marston's Inns
No running hot water. Called in the evening and again in the morning with no answer. Cold shower it was. Room was too much money for the condition. Location however is convenient.

This was an emergency stop over for me as I needed a break and sleep. Mattress was not very comfortable at all the bedroom was tidy and clean.
