The place was clean and well run. Beds were comfortable, but walls were thin. The heater made random thacking bell ringing noises in the middle of the night and my room was next to the ice machine which was also noisy. I think there was only one other tenant and they were put next door to us, and I could hear their TV and muffled conversation. There was never anyone at the front desk, so I had to call them with my cell phone, but they were very responsive. I saw one person in the office once for the 5 night stay. They plowed the parking lot twice when I was there.

Location was great, walking distance to Heavenly Village, Casinos, and Lake. Hotel was ok, nothing special and the rooms looked worn as well as the property. The breakfast was horrible and kind of messy. Good for the coffee and cereal person. Dog friendly-ish. Strict rules with pets, cannot leave them in room unattended, and no area of for potty. Staff clearly doesn't like their job. But overall for what it is, it wasn't half bad and would consider again.

The front desk staff were friendly, and the room was nice. It had an open floor plan with the shower and bath area separated from the bed with a curtain. This is a room for couples who want to enjoy a large tub and an open, 2-head shower. The tub jets didn't really work, unfortunately. I liked the toiletries such as conditioner, which were good quality. However our room had a small travel-sized bottle of great lotion with the other items, but when we asked for more, we got a different tube that matched the shampoo and conditioner. Either we got about the last bottle of that kind of lotion, or it was left behind by another guest and was put with the other toiletries instead of the lotion they stock the rooms with. The bed wasn't super comfortable, but it wasn't terrible by any means. Overall, I chose this hotel for the large jacuzzi tubs in the rooms, and nice as it was to have, they didn't function as a jacuzzi, and I would have preferred them to be deeper.

The staff isn't going to do anything to go out of their way for you. Our room had two queen beds, a mini fridge, microwave, tv, balcony, and hairdryer. It was walking distance to a great little pub a block behind the hotel. There is a bowing alley behind the hotel as well, and a café next door which we ate breakfast at and liked. The bathroom is very small.
