"Nothing outstanding, but can't beat it for the $"
I keep coming back to this hotel. Nothing special, at all, but they don't rip you off either. Continental breakfast: Average. Age of facility (for the area): Average. Room's clean? Yep! Close to everything? Yep! Internet speed? Average. Would I come back? Absolutely!

Loved the location of the hotel, the updates were really nice but they still had alot of work to do. the hotel Front lobby and back bar area were nice and the jacuzzi was perfect after a long day onnthe slopes. They had fire pits in the front where you can get warm after those cold nights. Overall great for place to stay at in south lake tahoe.

A very good place if you are on a budget. We were 5 people and we took only one room. It had 2 queen beds and 1 additional bed was $10. They recently remodeled the place and the bathrooms are very very clean which was really nice. Nice way to save some bucks.

Overall a good experience. There was a slight issue with our room not being available but resolved quickly. Great breakfast. Family room great but beds too soft - they could replace mattresses. Also room smelled musty, carpet looked like it could use deep clean/replacement.

South Lake Tahoe treats vacationers to majestic views of the lake’s vivid blue waters and the surrounding snow-capped peaks. Attractions on the California-Nevada border include the popular and immense Heavenly Lake Tahoe ski area and nearby casinos. To the west, summer visitors to Emerald Bay State Park can tour Vikingsholm Castle, built in 1929, and boat to the lake’s only island, Fannette Island.
