Avoid staying here unless you want your nude pictures available online. The bathroom rolling shutter in our room was broken and to make matters worse the accommodation will not answer our numerous calls (from me and Hotels.com support) to ask for help. We ended up not being able to shower as our bathroom window completely exposed us to the nearby buildings. Even in the next day when I notified the staff and asked to speak with the manager, they told me that they cannot reach the manager on a Sunday and that she will contact me on Monday. Another lie as the manager never contacted me. I even sent them an email that they of course ignored. They are completely unprofessional, I would strongly suggest booking somewhere else, if anything goes even slightly wrong you will be on your own.

Property situated in the middle of the old town. Outside many restaurants and shops but within the property very quiet. Staff very nice and helpful. Recommended a lovely restaurant. Room nice. Very clean. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice and varied. Staff in breakfast were lovely. The only problem we found was a slight smell of drains on occasions in the bathroom. Would recommend it.

well located, friendly and helpful staff

The location was really great, easy to walk around to shopping and dining. Parking was not so great. Really hard to find anything and when we did, we did not find out until the morning after but had to pay 60 Euro for overnight parking. The appartment was a great size but could use a little update. The "shower" and washer as well. Pula was just felt a little tired.

We had the big apartment with the mirror balcony. The room was a nice size however the AC struggled to keep the room cool. Likely due to the windows and mirrored balcony that baked in the sunlight all day. We did enjoy the balcony during a wonderful lightening storm so that was fun. The staff was super helpful in trying to get the AC to work and it did get to a point of tolerable but it meant keeping the drapes closed at all times defeating the purpose of the room with the views.
