Without my consent, the hotel staff gave my room number to another guest who was harassing me. That person arrived at my room. Security needed to be involved.

This was our first time at this hotel it had been recommended by some friends who are frequent visitors, check in was seamless the reception team really are attentive and are happy to answer any questions. ,We had a superior room which had a contemporary light feel, everything was spotlessly clean and the beds and pillows were very comfy. All areas of the hotel was well maintained and clean and all the staff were very friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Hotel was really cute and the pool was amazing! Only negative comment was our room had a really weird smell and the hotel has tons of steps!

We stayed at this hotel last year and loved everything about it, rooms, pool area with DJs, spa, breakfast and location! But this time, the spa had gone and we hadn't been notified, small scruffy towels in the rooms,

Stayed here for a Birthday weekend, selected the Half Board option. Excellent hotel, great buffet, facilities and location. Would go back again.
