Nice hotel with good amenities. The pool area is very nice. I would recommend the heated pool. The breakfast was average at best. We also had lunch there (which was extra) but the food was much better. We were at this hotel when the earthquake hit Colombia. The site obtained only minimal damage. We did not get much guidance and/or updates at first. But they did make up for it later - providing us with more info and contingency plans if there were aftershocks. The location is a little bit away from town so traveling back at night on dimly lit roads warrant some additional attention to the roads.

Air conditioning and amenities not good

The place was not functioning. It was closed. Nobody opened the door. We waited 35 minutes outside. No answer. We were left to find a new spot on a Saturday at 9 pm with 2 children. The 2 hours later they replied "sorry, your room is ready now", and when we told them we had to find an Airbnb and we needed a refund, they quit answering. Irresponsible and unethical. Stay away

Very clean and spacious apartment. Great location and very friendly stuff. Will definitely stay here when I’m back in Bogota next time.
