Lo bueno es la ubicación céntrica, fuera de ello, hay ruido/música en la calle toda la noche que te dificultará descansar, las cortinas estan en mal estado, no cierran bien y entra la luz, la caja fuerte no funcionaba, una luz del baño estaba fundida, lo peor fue la señal WiFi le informe al personal de recepción para tener una solución y solo fue un "Si, esta inestable" Si no quieres dormir en la calle es una buena opción

The only think I did not like was the unresponsiveness via messages . There was no shampoo , soap or conditioner . I contacted them and never replied . Also it was raining one night and all the water from the terrace entered the property and was all over the stairs , I requested to be cleaned and they never came , I had to mop my self amd borrow the mop from the entrance

Everything was perfect except the breakfast the first day I eat the continental breakfast that was included on my reservation the next day the staff said that I didn’t pay for it the day before and it was not a free breakfast so I paid I was little disappointed I I need to pay I don’t have any problems They asked for the room number and was ok the day then the next morning wasn’t mot

I love the place every time I go to Mexico I always stay at this hotel because of the hospitality they give you i recommend because it’s close to everything downtown
