This is a very nice Hotel. Very extremely spacious rooms and bathrooms. It’s very unassuming from the outside, clean, modern with contemporary and all sorts of amazing Art scattered around the Hotel. This will not disappoint, the staff is helpful, courteous genuinely nice and has been an all around. Great experience.. We had their complimentary breakfast and it was exceptional. Incredible coffee, soft, fresh sweet bread, delicious homemade food in a modern upscale, setting.

Lo bueno es la ubicación céntrica, fuera de ello, hay ruido/música en la calle toda la noche que te dificultará descansar, las cortinas estan en mal estado, no cierran bien y entra la luz, la caja fuerte no funcionaba, una luz del baño estaba fundida, lo peor fue la señal WiFi le informe al personal de recepción para tener una solución y solo fue un "Si, esta inestable" Si no quieres dormir en la calle es una buena opción

Nice location and easy to get around, but unfortunately the hotel was very disappointing. The property is in serious need of maintenance and renovation. It does not look like the photos online and feels very run down. There were several issues throughout the stay, including things that either did not work properly or clearly had not been maintained. The staff was friendly enough, but not attentive or service-focused. The most frustrating part was when they suggested we had broken the toilet, even though the issue was clearly a small leak from the hose connection and the toilet already flushed poorly. It was disappointing and surprising that they tried to blame guests for what seemed like basic maintenance neglect. Based on my experience, I do not understand the high ratings. The positive reviews and photos did not match the reality of this property at all. Be careful before booking. Overall, the location is good, but the facilities and service do not match the expectations set online. At best, this feels like a 2- or 3-star hotel. I would not stay here again and would recommend avoiding it.

The only think I did not like was the unresponsiveness via messages . There was no shampoo , soap or conditioner . I contacted them and never replied . Also it was raining one night and all the water from the terrace entered the property and was all over the stairs , I requested to be cleaned and they never came , I had to mop my self amd borrow the mop from the entrance

The room was very clean staff is very helpful facility close to centro de Guadalajara and lots of great restaurants near by I been staying at this hotel many times for the reasons of everything I mentioned.
