The facilities and staff at Casa Dorada were amazing! The beach club staff in particular were most attentive and accommodating. We also appreciated that housekeeping checked in each evening to see if we needed any extra towels. We would definitely stay at Casa Dorada again!

You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

The property itself was absolutely amazing. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The spa was phenomenal, and my 80-minute massage was hands down one of the best I've ever had. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation, the resort and its amenities are outstanding. My only warning is this: when you check in, you'll likely be asked to stop by a table near the front desk. Unless you genuinely want to hear a timeshare presentation, I strongly recommend politely declining. We were told it would only take 90 minutes. Instead, we spent nearly four hours being pressured and manipulated by multiple salespeople. It completely consumed the first day of our vacation and left us feeling like we were being held hostage. While we ultimately did not purchase a timeshare, the experience was exhausting, pushy, and incredibly frustrating. The spa credits, discounted vacation, and free sunset cruise they offer as incentives are simply not worth sacrificing hours of your vacation to endure high-pressure sales tactics. Aside from the timeshare presentation, everything else about our stay was wonderful. I would absolutely return to the resort,but I would skip the sales table without a second thought.

Pool was cold, furniture dated and food quality for room service is poor

Servicio VIP y hay que hacer reservacion para ir a los restaurantes. Servicio en comida. Se tarda 2 horas desde que llegas hasta que sales. Y es lo mismo, en todos los restaurantes, exepto en el buffet del Domingo esá fue la unica comida en todos los aspectos tiempo, sabor y servicio. En los otros restaurantes: Cafe frío y Viejo. Comida incipida. Servicio de transportation, realmente si se tardan exepto cuando te recojen, en el Aeropuerto hacen. Tienes que ver la TV el canal del Hotel para enterarte que te ván hacer un cobro para niños de cancer en lo absoluto, no me molesta pero me gustaria que ellós te lo digan al principio. No al final que te enteres y este monto de que es? Y regresas a preguntar y te contesten, que tenias que a ver visto el canal del Hotel, para enterarte. No regresaria, ni lo recomendaria.
