All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

Very impressive and well kept property in a quiet gated community. We did not have a car, so organizing transportation was challenging, but the grocery store is only a 20 minute walk away (for those who enjoy walking). I did not rate it 5 stars because it was difficult to communicate with the property managers in advance. They finally contacted me the day before check in, and it was not obvious that I needed to pay a balance and deposit in cash US dollars upon arrival (most places accept credit card). We worked it out, but it did add a layer of unnecessary stress - they could have simply sent a message with the balance and instructions after booking so that travellers could be better prepared.

The grounds were immaculate. The staff very polite and friendly. Food in the buffet was excellent. Every dish was incredibly good!! Fruit was fresh and buffet staff were attentive. The specialty restaurants had great service but the food in each was disappointing. The room was cleaned daily but you could see that there were areas in the bathroom that looked as if it was damaged and patched up and those areas were not aesthetically pleasing. There were no wash cloths the entire five days. And the water pressure dropped severely in the middle of a shower several times a day. The pool closest to the water slides was cleaned daily but the water was not clean. I saw the staff trying to use a brush and sieve to remove the scum but it came right back. I think it emanated from the children playing in the sand and jumping into the pool. Finally the shows were entertaining but at times the dancers’ movements were sexually vulgar. Children should not be allowed at the adult shows.

If you 're tired of the same ole same ole all inclusive hotels that keep you in a little touristy bubble this is the way to go . Our experience here was the best we have has travelling to Jamaica. This is a house is located in a gated community within a community with real Jamaican neighbors.It was extremely quiet and private and besides a few people jogging in the mornings we hardly saw anyone. The neighbors we met at the pool were very friendly and warm. Beautiful community! The house itself was a three bedroom two bathroom home clean and nicely decorated. There's also a washing machine.AC in the bedrooms and lots of fans in the rest of the house. The only thing I would say is there is no front desk so read the instructions they send shortly before your stay and call or text via whats App if you need to get in touch. Communication can be a little slow since its not a 24hr desk setup so get in touch early to clarify anything. The caretaker were very accommodating to our requests and we will definitely stay here again.
