From start at the Reception was a good experience, Clean room,friendly Staff, Breakfast(same stuff every day bit of a draw back), Airport shuttle was frequent and excellent. They even had a free shuttle service for the Aeroscopia Mueseum which was a plus. Thank you

Extremely clean. In the heart of Toulouse, a short walk to the wonderful Musee Augustin. Great breakfast, lovely, welcoming staff! Would definitely stay there again.

Truly a magical place to stay. A little retreat in the heart of Toulouse. I wish we had stayed longer but will be back. Staff was amazing. Rooms clean, bed so comfy! And the pool was such a nice treat during the recent heat wave. The food was excellent at any time of day.

We loved the refurbishment since our previous visits. We loved Kevin, so helpful. But why does the restaurant close in French holidays? Do french people give up eating when they go on holiday????

Large, well equipped room, close to train station. Front desk personnel were pleasant and helpful.

Front desk young lady speaks great English. She help us to make a resv for dinner, which turned up to be excellent. Also point out a generation family run bakery for breakfast
