"Mala relación precio-beneficio. Requiere mantenimiento urgente" El hotel se encuentra en condiciones bastante descuidadas. Las instalaciones se sienten muy acabadas y antiguas, con notables problemas de humedad. De hecho, la situación fue tan incómoda que nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación durante la estadía y el baño de la nueva habitación presentaba fugas de agua. Adicionalmente, el servicio tanto en el bar como en el restaurante es sumamente lento. Como puntos positivos, el hotel cuenta con una buena piscina, un parqueadero aceptable y una ubicación muy conveniente. Sin embargo, por el precio que se paga, la relación costo-beneficio es en verdad una mala elección. No lo recomendaría en su estado actual.

Our stay at this eco-hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt surrounded by nature while still enjoying all the comfort we needed. The property is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and designed with genuine care for the environment. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. Waking up to the sounds of birds, enjoying the stunning scenery, and relaxing in such a tranquil atmosphere made this a truly memorable experience. If you’re looking for a place to disconnect, recharge, and experience nature responsibly, I highly recommend staying here. We left feeling refreshed and grateful, and we would gladly return.

En la aplicación ofrecen una cosa que es que va con aire acondicionado y cuando se llega a la estructura dicen que el precio que se pagó es muy bajo para tener aire acondicionado para que den la habitacion toca dar un adicional,en cuanto a los aspectos de la habitación el colchón era bastante incómodo tenía un plástico que no permitía tener un buen descanso ,aparte queda cerca a las calles principales por lo cual se escucha todo el ruido,en baño no contaba con una correcta limpieza la ducha no servía para que saliera el agua tocaba directamente desde el registro del agua abrirlo para poderse duchar se reportó el inconveniente y no lo solucionaron. Relativamente no lo recomiendo para las personas que se quieran ospedar ahí

What I loved most about Casa Tien was the peacefulness of nature in the mountains. I traveled to the other side of the world, and yet the quietness of nature feels universal — the distant sound of the river, birds, insects, and even dogs and animals around made me feel safe and calm.
