The room had no AC and it was hot and humid in room. I was extremely disappointed with the fact that they charged me $30.00 for a small towel that my wife used to remove her make up. We have stayed at other hotels and never charged for something like this. They claimed that it would take chemicals to wash towel. The make up could be easily removed at time of laundry. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family.

Todo estubo exelente muy bonito lugar, solo falta un menú con más variedad de comida pero todo lo demás estubo exelente.

Great place to stay!

The place was nice the views were great but the welcoming of the staff its terrible they are too serious and when you ask a question they get upset as if your not paying i stayed here many times and I like the place but every time I come thinking maybe the staff changed is disappointing. No customer service at all to me its thematic thing the customer service and every time its terrible may e its the 6th time i stayed here but its only for the place the hotel staff its terrible I needed to write a review its been too many times already they need to train their staff better

Clean room, great breakfast, staff very helpful.
