The rooms was ok. Needed to have more towels in our rooms. Saff was pleasant. The pool had too much chlorine, which made our eyes burn and skin Itch. Complementary breakfast was lovely. So overall, if I had to rate it, it was about a four

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. There was an electrical outage on the morning we were checking out, and the staff bent over backwards to help get my disabled spouse down from the 4th floor.
