Great hotel in a very good location (15 min walk to City center.) Very comfortable room with attentive staff. Had issue 1st night and Emiliano was above and beyond excellent in resolving the issue in the middle of the night. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Seems like recently refurbished. Is clean inside.

Clean, modern hotel. Lovely breakfast. Big hotel but didn’t feel too busy. Friendly staff. Room was lovely. No complaints! Shuttle from airport was 15€ for both of us, not included in the price of the room which I didn’t realise but it was very quick and efficient. We phoned the hotel when we were leaving the airport and they arrived in 6 mins, you can’t really walk from the airport to the hotel. Bus stop 5 mins walk from hotel was useful for getting around.

Parking and bus close by to go downtown.

This place is a nightmare. Too small, dirty, loud, no parking, and smelly. GREAT service though! The people were nice but the building was failing apart. With all that said, the biggest turn off was the Craft Singles slices of cheese offered at breakfast. We're in Croatia! A breakfast, by the way, I wouldn't suggest to my worst enemy because that would be too cruel. I added some pictures of the bathroom which includes a special featured bidet and shower combo just in case you're not feeling "fresh enough"

The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and super convenient. The walk to the historic centre was not far away. The proximity to the train station was also great. All walkable with our luggage.
